Pasture raised, heritage breed pork now available!
Our Green Mountain Pork is raised on local whey from a neighboring dairy farm producing cheese, pasture forage and a small ration of Non-GMO grain and mineral. The herd is active in wide open spaces, giving full vent to all their “pigness” as they root, run, and wallow in our pig pasture. The texture and flavor of heritage breeds raised on our mixed ration is notably different than commercial pork in the grocery. We know you will taste the difference!
